Error Printing Multiple Barcodes
Hello, I'm printing up a label containing imported artwork and then adding a code 39 barcode with human readable. My display and print preview shows one barcode with a very condensed (squished) human readable. When printing, I get the larger human readable in correct orientation with no human readable and a second, much smaller barcode with the human readable present. I have tried re-starting Bartender and have also tried recreating the label from scratch with no luck. I am printing to a Zebra Stripe printer. There appear to be no setttings on the printer to account for this. Anyone have any ideas as how to fix? I have included an attachment with a jpg of the offending label. I am running Bartender Basic V.10.
Thank-you
Mike

Is that a Seagull driver you were using for the printer? If no, please install a Seagull driver instead: http://www.seagullscientific.com/drivers/windows-printer-drivers-download.aspx
If already a Seagull driver is in use, double click on the bar code object, select the "Symbology and Size" node on the left and click on "Print Method..." on the right. Try changing the rendering of the bar code so that both bars and human readable is controlled by BarTender instead. Does it help?
