Dropdown In Prompt Design

[font="Arial"]Hi, I would like to put a dropdown list which references a database in the prompt design and print that item but I can’t see an easy way unless you know visual basic, anybody help please?[/font][size="3"][/size]

  Sorry - you need to use Visual Basic Script (VB Script).

  So can anybody please help show a sample of a dropdown list which references a database in the prompt design?
  I’ve never used VB so I’m not sure which fields to change on the sample ones listed above!
