    Hi Robin,
A BarTender format can only accommodate single design. so..

One idea is layout multiple labels in a single label design - consider 3 labels as one big label.

Another idea is using Batch Maker, which allows you to print several label formats in one action.

Please tell me some more detail of how you need to print format, such as where the label data come from, how many printers are used, what printer would be used and would printing be automated from other application, etc.

    Shotaro,

I am designing a label format that spans two physical labels. The labels are 180mm wide and 2.5mm apart. I have set my page up to be 362.5 wide. We are using a Zebra printer that appears to measure the label size as the labels are loaded. Do you have any clues on telling the Zebra to allow two labels to be consifdered as one?

    Hi Dennis,
I suppose your printer cannot print longer than detected label length.
In Seagull driver, that's done by driver properties > tools tab > action > set label length (or Run Calibration). That can be automatically performed at power on or at cover closed, by tools tab > configure > Configure printer.

If you have some control of ordering label rolls, ask them a 360mm label with perforation in the middle (basically two labels stick together) to mock web(gap) sensor, or print black mark at the back of every other labels to mock mark(reflective) sensor.
