How To Combine Printer License On Sls

Hi,

 

I have 2 licenses of Bartender Automation for 3 printers each.

 

I first installed 1 Seagull license server and activate with 1 license that give a maximum count of 3 printers. We order more printers and now we are exceeding the maximum count and I would like to combine both license to increase the count to 6 printers.

 

Is it possible to combine license? Do I need to install a second license server using a different port and force the client computer to use it?

 

I have 4 days left.

  From a technical point of view it is not possible to combine two separate licenses into one thus giving you one License Server for the combined amount of printers.  Instead of buying a separate license you should have ordered a printer add-on upgrade to add more printers to your existing license.

   

  I suggest you get in touch with your reseller, or the Seagull sales department for your region, for information on how best to proceed to give you what you want.

  I will install a second license server for now and check if we can convert a license to printer add-on.
