Wcf Webservice Can't Add Seagull.bartender.print.dll

Hi, I need some help please.

I'm trying to add the Seagull.BarTender.Print.dll but when I'm adding it to my c# wcf project i'm receiving this error: 

Could not load file or assembly 'BtSystem.Client' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.

tried to add 32 or 64 bit dll, didn't help.

 

I was able to print from my c# code by using  barTender.dll.

 

I would like to change the contant( labels ) in a  label format  in the file and then print it.

  Make sure you target the specific cpu type, not "Any", and the .NET Framework 4.0.
