Error: Unable To Start The Requested Number Of Print Engines

I have set up my site on a few different servers a while ago and they both work fine, I am trying to set-up the site on another server but am getting an error of  "Unable to start the requested number of print engines". I'm trying to figure out what I forgot to do for this set - up, It errors out on this line. 

taskManager.Start(1);

Is there something special I need to do to get this engine to start?

  It looks like the BarTenderPrintClient Dcom is missing from the server.
