Error In Encoding Rfid Labels
I am using BarTender as my application to template, encode and print RFID tags for my race series. I am using a Zebra R110xiii and Alien Higgs 4 inlays on a 4" x 2" label. Here is the problem I am having:
After checking my settings, calibrating the tags, I get voided tags "most" of the time when printing/encoding. I am using the hex string
A500 0000 0000 0000 0001 5000 and set in to increase by 1 as each tag is printed. The void tags will have something like this:
A500 4A11 0000 0F1E 0001 50EF but the tag to be printed would be the latter. I really don't quite understand fully what I probably should know to operate such a high tech printer, but I really only need it to produce these tags, so once someone sets me straight, I will be good.
Anyone want to take a shot at this?

I posted the BTW file from the last time I tried this. Seems like the issue is set up either with the printer or how it determines how to encode the tag. Sometimes I get the tag behind encoded... Can't believe how complicated this is.
Thanks for any help you can give.

Not exactly sure of what's happening - label design looks fine.
Specify tag as EPC Gen2 from Printer RFID Properties (see attached pic)
Try modify tag position back and forward.
Try printing speed as slower as possible from Print > Document properties > Option.

Thank you for the help Shotaro. Seems to work much better printing at slowest setting. Still get voids every 7 to 10 tags but much better than before.
