Default Reply After Query Not Updating

Hi All,

 

I have an issue with Print Station (v10) whereby the Default Reply on my Query Prompt is not updating after printing a label using Print Station.  I have definitely ticked the box in the Reply Options section of the Query Prompt screen and it works fine if I print the label using Bartender itself but not via Print Station.  This is very annoying for our users.  Has anyone else come across this issue before and is there a way to fix it?

  Do you have the same problem when printing the label directly from BarTender?
