Datebase Connection Error After Update

Hello,

 

i have updated a BarTender 9.4 Installation to a BarTender 10.0 (2016) Installation.

 

After the Update an Oracle Datebase Connection (included in a btw File) is not working.
Error: “ORA 12154 tns could not resolve the connect identifier specified”.

 

I have created a new Connection. Same Error.

 

I testedthe Connection with SQLPlus and it still works.

 

Do you have any idea?

  Hello,

  I recollect that we had a similar issue and was solved by updating your Oracle Client Driver.

  I have a similar problem - I was using BarTender Designer, Version 10.1 SR4.  Now I installed BarTender 2016 R3, trial version (which overwrote the old version).  The labels with Oracle connections no longer connect
