Commander Error #6607 On Virt. Server 2008 R2 Installation
Hi,
I've installed an automation BT suite on a virtual server. After that BT allone works and print well also the licence server and the history database.
But if i want to use the the commander as an appication I can't start BT from the commander panel. An error #6607 occures.
Also the commander doesn't work: Commander identifies a triggerfile and rename/deletes it, but it doesn't print out the labels
Does anyone knows this problem, or better, how I can solve the error? Is it a server configuration problem?
I've done the registration and the activation for the BT suite.
Thanks for your support

Open BarTender GUI and Help > Edition Selection, make sure Automation Edition is selected.
Apply the latest service release for your version of BarTender from service release site.

Check the topic below and try register bartender (build number is vary over versions, so just apply the latest service release.)

Hi Shotaro,
thanks for the quick reply.
I followed all your hints, but without success. After I did the registration of BT and Commander the error #6607 occurs again.
Any other ideas??

If you haven't done, try re-install BarTender.
Remove BarTender suite from contro panel > programs, restart the PC, then following the article below, clean up folders and registries.

Then Install BarTender again.
