Printing Different #'s Of Labels

We are using commander to print roll labels for our product.  We are dumping a trigger file which appears to be working.  However, if the /C parameter is not specified, it *appears* to be printing the number of copies specified from the last trigger file where the /C parameter was specified.  

Is there a way we can get this to NOT happen?  ie if the /C paramter is not sent, print a single copy?

  Hi Sandy,

  If you don't save the document after print, and close document after print every job (/Close option), the copy setting would not be kept.

  Note that /close option might slows down responding time to trigger a bit, as BarTender process need to open a document even though that was used in last job.
