Label template design for stock irregular gaps
I’m using Bartender 2022 R7. I have a label stock that has 3 vertical gaps of .094 inches and one horizontal gap of .094. The template setup does not let me define where the gap goes. Also, if I enable “Set Manually” in the gap/pitch section, it disables my bottom and right margins. These are 36up labels, you can find these on retail-tech.com as this is where my customers buy their stock from. Please help.

It sounds like three across the web labels with an inter-label gap. What printer are you using?

At the moment a Lexmark T650 for testing. We are working on becoming a reseller

When you set the page size and tell BarTender how many rows and columns are on your A4 sheet then you should see this screen as part of the Page Setup routine, which I guess you have got to:

If you leave the template size as automatic and just set the Gap/Pitch then BarTender will calculate the template size based on the figures you entered for the type of paper, global margins, number of labels per page and the gap/pitch settings as per the above
