Print image with different extensions (.jpg/.pdf)
Hi!
I have created a label with an image. In the properies for the imageobject i've choosen to have a default path and get the filename from a textobject, like this: "filename.jpg"
This works great, but it's also possible that the filename could be a pdf-file. How can i get it to work so it shows the image regardless of what extension it has.
I have tried to add two image objects. One with filename.jpg and one with filename.pdf. That didn't work.

You should be able to configure with the two image method but would just need to amend the Error Handling options for a missing picture so that it does not stop the print process from continuing.

Hello!
I actually had that setting already.
The wierd thing is when i preview the label in BarTender it works. But as soon as i try to print the label the image becomes blank, when it's pdf. jpg works every time.
Forgot to mention this before, but i have build a integration that prints when a file is created. Actually got a error in the administration console, something like "A image error has occured" with the descripton "Undefined error".

Does the PDF print if it is embedded into a label?
You could try shrinking the image size on the label or making sure it is not off or adjacent to the side of the label and see what that does.
