trouble with grayed settings

HI

i have a trouble with printing :

when i want to print, going in settings and see grayed out speed and contrast parameters for a squix 4 600M

driver is cab on professional bartender 2021 R1

i cannot change and register these settings

thats like i am not administrator .. but i am

a idea ?

  Have you tried accessing these from Control Panel? Can you adjust the Security settings in there to give users more access to Manage the printer. If this a networked printer and shared from another PC/server then that could be where the restriction is coming from so you may have to check the settings on there
