    Hello Manuel,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue you're experiencing with the Bartender software while creating a label. We understand how important it is to ensure that your labels are formatted correctly, and we're here to assist you.

To better understand the problem you're facing, it would be incredibly helpful if you could attach a couple of screenshots showcasing the issue. This will allow us to visualize the formatting problem you described and provide you with a more accurate solution. Please ensure that the screenshots capture both the label editing interface and the resulting format after pressing ENTER.

Once we have a clear understanding of the situation, we will be able to guide you through the necessary steps to achieve a multi-line text that matches the format you desire within the green editing square.

Finally, please keep in mind the following recommendations to ensure that the printed label matches the formatting in the green editing square:

    • Adjust the text box size: Make sure the text box is large enough to accommodate the desired number of lines and characters. You can resize the text box by clicking and dragging its edges.
    • Enable word wrap: Right-click on the text box and select "Properties." In the properties window, make sure the "Word Wrap" option is enabled. This will ensure that the text automatically wraps to the next line within the text box.
    • Check font and line spacing: Ensure that the font settings and line spacing in the green editing square match your requirements. You can adjust these settings in the "Properties" window of the text box.
    • Use fixed-width font: If you're aligning columns of data using spaces, it's best to use a fixed-width font like Courier New. This ensures that each character occupies the same amount of space, maintaining the alignment even when printed.
    • Preview before printing: Always preview the label before printing to ensure that the formatting appears as expected. Use the print preview option within the Bartender software to review how the label will look when printed.

We appreciate your patience and look forward to assisting you further.
