How to create a parentheses in QR code GS1 when scan

I have QR code GS1, in human readable i choose parentheses (ex: (00)102553782310045626) when i scan i only receive number without parentheses (ex: 0010255382310045626). How to create parentheses in GS1 when i scan? thank you.

  As per Ian's reply to your other post about this the barcode symbol should not have the brackets encoded into the string as these only appear in the human readable and so what you are seeing when you scan the symbol is correct
