HTML field truncated
First discovered when printing a label but I have also demonstrated the issue when closing the .btw fiels and reopening it.
the field with HTML Markup Language appears truncated in the printed label, missing the lower third of characters.
In BarTender designer, if you open the file, you can see the truncated field in Designer but when you adjust the text field handles all text appears. Close the file again and reopen the btw file, the text is truncated again.

Have you tried adjusting the Size and Scaling options on the HTML field? I seem to get something similar when I switch between the Automatic options (the one below seems to work correctly)

We prefer automatically scaling to fit contents as we can have a variety of lengths of the ingredient list.
It appears that this issue may have been addressed in Bartender 2022 R2 (possibly) but our management is hesitant to update as it can be disruptive.

If you base label was created from the EU FIC sample label, located here C:\Program Files\Seagull\BarTender 2021\Templates\Food then the issue probably is the point size that is specified in the indicated Data Source below:
The only issues I have come across going from 2021 to 2022 relates to Print Station as that uses the similar architecture to the web printing Print Portal app and is more permissions "hungry". This has in some instances had an impact connecting to network devices and locations but normally adjusting the user account that runs the Print Scheduler service gets round this.
If allowed, and if you have a valid Maintenance Agreement, you could upgrade one machine to 2022 to test whether this resolves this for you, you can link a 2022 install to an existing 2021 licence in Admin Console without having to upgrade that too. Or else install a Trial version on a currently none BarTender machine to test with.
When I am designing this type of label i will select the product with the largest ingredients dec to test with so that if I know that fits then all the rest will which especially useful when using the EU FIC label with the data being populated from a database.

Thanks for your feedback.
We are awaiting information with regards to our BarTender Maintenance Agreement. We will soon be updating to 2022. Hopefully our issues will be resolved.
