I am guessing it could be user rights on the action so maybe worth trying with a specific user account that has full rights to the SQL table rather than the user Windows credentials. Some of the processes are not run by the actual user but the local system account for example and I have come across issues before where those have no or insufficient permissions to access databases and network locations etc.

(Castle Hill or Hull Royal? Just down the road from them!)

    Hi Pete,

I have managed to get a specific record to update by entering its specific Equipment number into the Query, so I now know that there is no challenge with user credentials.

    Just struggling with %TBW Equip%  :(

Sorry not sure, you may want to ping a support request through to the guys in Technical Support and see if they can put your right.

Any update on the possibility of getting some assistance on this troubling issue?

You should be able to achieve this by setting up an action to update a database record when you print
