    I take it that means the old laptop is no longer available and do you cannot deactivate the licence on that machine

    If that is the case you will need to contact your regional Technical Support office directly and report this issue and request assistance from them. They will need to make some changes to the licence status on their system but will require some other information to in order to complete this.

    Hi

    My laptop crashed and now I have to activate my license on my new laptop but it give me an error and says I must cancel it on the previous laptop. I can not access that laptop anymore. How do I fix this?

    This problem be doing one week and no support e solution. Whats happpend? How and when will be resolved ?
    I need urgency !!!

    Issues related to BarTender Licensing and Activations such as these will need to go through our regular support channels. If you have a Maintenance & Support agreement active with us, then you can reach us via web-form, chat, or phone. If not, we still have some regular support channels available to you.

    In order to access support, go to our Get Support page and enter your Support Number, this will automatically check your support status and provide you with links to your available lines of support. Also, please be sure to have your BarTender Support Number with you ready when you reach us as our technicians will have to check on your license and see what the status is from our side.

    Hello Xabier,


    I m tried doing this a more week without sucess, my bussinnes need the software to tag my prodocts.
    This is very important to continue the operations and Seagull
    not help me !!!
    The Support Number got inserted in the mensage, so why you not release my licence ?

    Following Informations on my Contract:

    I need deactivate licence in Bar Tender because my pc broken, crash and not is avalibility. 

    All procedures executed no got with sucess

    Olá, estou com um problema no meu software, comprei a impessora ELGIN L42 PRO,  e veio o bartender para editar minhas etiquetas, tive que formatar meu notebook, e agora não estou conseguindo usar o software, pede o numero da licença e quando coloco fala que a licença está sendo usada em outro computador, pede para desativar no outro, mas eu formatei o notebook, não tem como desativar, já foi apagado!

    Peço ajuda para resolver esse problema, não estou conseguindo trabalhar por conta disso.
