Please help! RPD / ISS Bartender Issues
I have a couple serious issues at the moment with bartender. Any thoughts or ideas will be great no matter how small or big!
1. Background: When using print manager on WYSE terminals and logging into RDP user to terminal we are creating 4 license's per printer. This depends on what VM Load server (1/3) it attaches to.
**Example: User logs in to vm2 threw RDP login on terminal. and next day or later its gets server balanced to 1 or 3.
and the 4th is the Bartender print server where the license application and programs run.

PROBLEM: we have around 30 or so label printers and are getting license error. due to each printer being 4 licenses. at that rate we would need 120 just to take care of our 30 printers. (we have 50 Licenses)

Resolution: If anyone can help with this or has pointers on how we can only produce one license would be great!

2. The ISS bartender is VERY slow. We have allocated more than enough resources but STILL it is 30-60 seconds per click. Seems to almost be an issue reading the database? or just stalling out.
With issue 1 I believe 1 out of the 4 licenses comes from this on the bartender server. We are using a temp work around but this is not good. It stalls / takes a long time to load and print. We need a solution asap and fix the problem 100%.
