Blank preview in reprint console
Since our upgrade from 2019 R5(?) to 2021 we are seeing blank previews in the reprint console.
This was a usefull feature to us because now and then I check if certain labels were printed correctly, especially when using a new template in our production environment.
Ideas?

Not sure but have you checked the print job logging settings in Admin Console?

Typically, if you can't see the preview of the label in History Explorer or Reprint Console (as in, it appears as blank), this means that this would have appeared as blank also if printed. How are you printing this, via a PDF driver or an actual printer?
If you start a new label project and use the same printer driver, do you get the same result or does it print?
This would definitely require more in-depth troubleshooting by our Technical Support team - I've gone ahead and created a support ticket for you, but in order to get some quick attention from the team, I highly suggest that you submit your support number here, and call the phone number that is provided.
