Random Blanks

Everything had been working well for awhile.  And I can called down to look into the printer.  It seems to be randomly putting blank stickers.  Ive done few printers, some have no issues some use double the amount of stickers cause they are blank.

The printer is Citizen CL-S621 II

Its Bartender 2021.

We are using data in a Excel sheet.

Id would attach the Bartender file and excel data but I dont see a way to do that.

  It sounds like the label sensor is not seeing the gap between the labels and so picks up on the next gap instead. 

  I would double check that your label format size is correct as even a couple of mm too high then this could happen and also that the printer is set to Gap sense mode.
