  If you are using BarTender 2021, then we would recommend downloading BarTender 2021 R9; and in case you have an active maintenance and support agreement with us, you should be able to upgrade your BarTender version to BarTender 2022. If that is the case, we would recommend reviewing our article on Updating your BarTender Version to 2022.
