Label template Help: Changing template to make barcode 1000-xxx to 1000-yyy

I need help designing a label where the barcodes print out as 1000-XXX when receiving a barcode input 1000-YYY.

Specifically our team has barcodes in 1000-FXG format and need to change them to 1000-HNE format when scanned into the label form. 

I have a template created but when inputting barcodes with FXG suffix they are not changing to HNE.

  Add a Search and Replace Transform on the output field on your label:
