Updating from 2016 R3 to 2016 R5: IIS_WEBPRINT user

At a certain point in the update process, the R5 install manager prompts me for the password for the user IIS_WEBPRINT. I have no idea what that password is, and I can't actually find any trace of a user named IIS_WEBPRINT anywhere-- in IIS manager, the Users window is blank. How do I find this user account and figure out its password?

  IIS_WEBPRINT is in Windows local user. In default, Print Potral web application run on BPP_AppPool application pool, and the pool is run by IIS_WEBPRINT user.
  You can delete the user before upgrade, that would re-create the user with specify password at upgrade.
