Barcode will not scan

I created a GS1 Pallet label based on a customer requirements. The barcodes are (actual image off the label):

The barcode properties are as follows:

I will be more than happy to provide any additional information that anyone needs to solve this but can someone please help me with why the barcode will not scan?

  Figured it out... The barcode was too thin!! I increased the density to 14.78 mils and both barcodes scanned.
