Work PKC from 10.1 to update to 2016

Intend to test BT 2016 to later update BT at the site. I installed 2016but the PKC for 10.1 seems not working to activate.

I have a valid 1 year Software Maintenance contract. How to get a PKC to test and update all templates used by the business.
