Not seeing all printers is Print Portal

    My guess would be Permissions. You will need to make sure the the IIS_Webprint account used by Print Portal has sufficient permissions to access the printers. You have need to add it into a specific user group that has access to these.

    Messed with that for quite a while but ultimately, were able to see the printers when we reinstalled them by IP address through the Print Manager and not the control panel.

    I solved this issue after contact with Bartender support by changing the account from IIS_WEBPRINT to a serviceaccount which had access to the printers.
