Barcode size problem

Hi!

I've a x-file here.

I've many labels created with Bartender that I've used for years.

I've three computers with Bartender 2016 and a Godex G500 printer.

Unexpectly at one of the computers when I open a label, the barcode displays bigger than the label width and doesn' t print the barcode.

Same labels can be opened and printed at the others two computers without problems.

I've verified Bartender version and printer drivers are the same at all pc's. Yesterday updated the printers drivers to de last version and the problem persists.

Anyone could helop me?

  Could you share a couple of pictures of the issue in the faulty machine and the label opening correctly on a machine without the issue?
  
  Also, could you tell us what Windows version are these machines using? Perhaps it's a compatibility issue with the machine experiencing the unwanted behavior.

  I've found the solution.

  Uninstalling Bartender and printer and reinstall them doesn't solve the problem.

  Then, cheking all parameters (I don't know why) I've noticed in advanced driver and printer configuration, Godex printer was being treated like a dot matrix printer. I changed it to thermal and voilà.
